Page Headers/Footers

Page Headers and Footers are implemented using the SSRS PageHeader and PageFooter elements.

Since SSRS does not permit references to members of the Field collection, when Access Page Headers or Footers refer to query fields, a Report Parameter that refers to the associated query field is created and substituted in the Value property.
