Case-Sensitivity Detailed Information

This form displays detailed information necessary to resolve case inconsistencies.

QueryDef Name

The name of the Query containing the case-sensitive expression.

Press this button to display the Access QueryDef containing the expression using the Source Field. You can modify the query expression to enforce case consistency. In some cases, the string constant may need to be modified to match the data. For example, the data always contains an uppercase "Y", but the string constant specifies "y". Although this makes no difference to Access, the query will not return the same result set after migration to DB2 or Oracle.

Qualified Field Name
