Object Viewer

 

Use the Object Viewer  to browse through data from any Oracle table or view or to drop objects. Use the   Options | Object Viewer main menu item or shortcut menu to open the Object Viewer..

Selecting Objects to List

Check one or mor boxes at the bottom of the form to list desired Oracle objects. The list-box displays the type of object (Table, View, etc.), the object's name, and whether the object is VALID  or INVALID.

Viewing Data from Tables and Views

To display data from a table or view, highlight the desired entry and press the icon or double-click the entry. Any resulting data is displayed in an Access data sheet. You can open as many data sheet windows as resources permit.

Viewing Source SQL

When a procedure, view or trigger is highlighted, you can press the button to display the source SQL for the selected object.

Dropping Objects

To drop an object, highlight the desired entry and press the icon. Scriptoria prompts the user to confirm the operation.
