Use this page to convert Access queries to DB2 SQL. (Scriptoria for DB2 Client-Server Edition only).
Access QueryDefs are listed on the left side of the Query Page and selected QueryDefs are shown on the right. By default, no QueryDefs are selected when you load Scriptoria the first time for a given Access database.
Note that the "Selected List" orders queries such that the ones called by other queries are listed before those that call them. This is done to avoid compilation errors. Queries called by Union queries are not sequenced and may need to be compiled separately.
Use the multiple-selection list-box and arrow buttons to select and de-select QueryDef entries. Be sure to check that your desired options are in effect. Note that he "Selected" list shows the DB2 assigned names for corresponding Access names.
Press the Translate QueryDefs button to start the conversion process. The Status Page is displayed.
Use the Query Type buttons to display queries by type.
Displays or hides Select, Crosstab, and Union queries.
Displays or hides Make Table queries.
Displays or hides Append queries.
Displays or hides Update queries.
Displays or hides Delete queries.
