You must use the DB2 Client Configuration Assistant to catalog databases and register them as ODBC data sources to access remote databases (not local to the workstation that Scriptoria is installed on).
For Unix and OS/390 platforms, you must also use the Client Configuration Assistant “Bind” facility and choose “Bind DB2 Utilities”.
Press Continue to display the Bind Utilities form.
To ensure proper date handling on OS/390 databases, you must select Options and choose the appropriate date format.
